Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Intimate or hygiene-related products

  • Perishable goods

  • Gift cards

3. Return Process:

4. Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the receipt and whether your refund is approved or denied.

2. Approved Refunds:
Once approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

3. Late or Missing Refunds:
If you do not see your refund within the expected time, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times can vary.

4. Exchanges and Damaged Products:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange, please return the original item per our return policy and place a new order for your desired product.

  • For damaged products, contact us immediately at support@merlincycle.com with photos and details of the damage. Keep the original packaging and item as evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.
